Pendleton Bulldogs Varsity Loses Lead Early In Defeat
Pendleton Bulldogs Varsity watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 3-0 loss to Powdersville on Tuesday. Powdersville took the lead on a groundout in the second inning.

One bright spot for Pendleton Bulldogs Varsity was a single by Aaron Wimpey in the second inning.
Bookbinder earned the win for Powdersville. He threw seven innings, allowing zero runs, four hits, striking out six, and walking one. Cole Simpson took the loss for Pendleton Bulldogs Varsity. He went six innings, giving up three runs, six hits, and striking out six.
Jake Shriber, Wimpey, Drake McConnell, and Clay Posey all had one hit to lead Pendleton Bulldogs Varsity.
Powdersville had six hits in the game. Gray and Barbary each collected multiple hits for Powdersville. Powdersville tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. Agin led the way with two. Powdersville didn’t commit a single error in the field. Fulmer had 11 chances in the field, the most on the team.
